Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpected shot in the 6th minute by Quique Morales got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Rivera FC's Asteri Cabriada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Rivera FC from getting a goal against them. Zornin Peñuelas hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Calisto Tufiño in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Asteri Cabriada saved Rivera FC from getting behind. After having played for 29 minutes, Guillelmus Ramallal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rivera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillelmus Ramallal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xever Pueyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillelmus Ramallal in the 30th minute of the match. If Cedro Usarralde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Asteri Cabriada successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Campeche's Calisto Tufiño got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Campeche's goalkeeper Xever Pueyo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Calisto Tufiño to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Cedro Usarralde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Guillelmus Ramallal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Cedro Usarralde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rivera FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cedro Usarralde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xever Pueyo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guillelmus Ramallal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Rivera FC defense, Quique Morales kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Asteri Cabriada. The Rivera FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Asteri Cabriada should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Campeche booed when Rivera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillelmus Ramallal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Quique Morales recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Asteri Cabriada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Calisto Tufiño's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Guillelmus Ramallal might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xever Pueyo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guillelmus Ramallal ran back to his position shaking his head. Ciro Relloso kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Jatsu Cejudo hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When Calisto Tufiño came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Campeche fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Calisto Tufiño couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Calisto Tufiño in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Asteri Cabriada saved Rivera FC from getting behind. Calisto Tufiño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Asteri Cabriada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Campeche's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
