Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Fernando Gamez made the kick off which started today's match. Nastasio Ureña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geofredo Daroca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Txurio Guiles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Isadore Arberas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torrales's Salvidor Noboa got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felipillo España during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute, Felipillo España hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 18 played minutes Oruza got a freekick which was hit by Jordi Pozo. Oruza's Nastasio Ureña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geofredo Daroca in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Gamez in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isadore Arberas saved Torrales from getting behind. Isadore Arberas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Txurio Guiles's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. A collision led to Oruza getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Moncho Idiaquez hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Torrales's Salvidor Noboa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nastasio Ureña narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 48th minute Fernando Gamez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isadore Arberas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Geofredo Daroca made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Gamez in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isadore Arberas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Txurio Guiles's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Isadore Arberas firmly grabbed it by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Oruza's Fernando Gamez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Isadore Arberas. That made the score 0-1 after 66 minutes of play. With a little luck, Torrales's Isadore Arberas got control of the ball when Txurio Guiles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fernando Gamez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Isadore Arberas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Gamez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isadore Arberas having to interfere. In the 80th minute Salvidor Noboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nastasio Ureña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Oruza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlo Basagoitia to maneuver through the defense. Moncho Idiaquez hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Torrales's Salvidor Noboa got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orlo Basagoitia charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orlo Basagoitia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Oruza played a much better game than Torrales and deserved their victory. The Torrales players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
