Chesus Vierna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 5th minute, Koldobika Folguera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oihan Garagorri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sengrat Tarres in the 6th minute of play. Serafin Sobarzo made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Ramos Cia sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xuoco Cubas in the 11th minute of play forced Casigua FC's goalkeeper Serafin Sobarzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Chesus Vierna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafin Sobarzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xuoco Cubas, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Xuoco Cubas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burgos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xuoco Cubas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ramos Cia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Serafin Sobarzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Casigua FC's goalkeeper Serafin Sobarzo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Casigua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xuoco Cubas came free, but Serafin Sobarzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Casigua FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! Gau Betancourt shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 46th minute, Chinto Noya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xuoco Cubas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sengrat Tarres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Xuoco Cubas scored 1-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serafin Sobarzo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 62 minutes into the match, Casigua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xuoco Cubas came free, but Serafin Sobarzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oihan Garagorri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chesus Vierna in the 64th minute. In the 73rd minute, Chesus Vierna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oihan Garagorri was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Serafin Sobarzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xuoco Cubas in the 76th minute of play. When Udalaitz Navaes came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Casigua FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Udalaitz Navaes couldn't finish the play. Burgos FC's Oihan Garagorri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Burgos FC from getting a goal against them. Sengrat Tarres charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sengrat Tarres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th minute, Sengrat Tarres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafin Sobarzo came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Burgos FC's Ramos Cia. But to his dismay, Ramos Cia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. A collision led to Burgos FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Izotz Bujanda hit a great ball. Xuoco Cubas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Sobarzo having to interfere. Xuoco Cubas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
