The supporters of Mantecalito booed when Barranquin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zorion Pacheco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hulberto Oceta took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damian Arizabalo. If Florin Gadea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hulberto Oceta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rai Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The long shot by Ixidor Morelos in the 74th minute really tested Gaizkine Venero's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After some careless play in the Mantecalito defense, Illart Ibio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaizkine Venero. The Mantecalito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaizkine Venero should have stopped the shot. Mantecalito's Gaizkine Venero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Mantecalito from getting a goal against them. After having played for 93 minutes, Hulberto Oceta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mantecalito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hulberto Oceta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Otsoa Tojedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Arizabalo having to interfere. The Mantecalito supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Barranquin FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Barranquin FC.
