Mosen Peroria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mark Temporal having to make a save. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cunavichito FC's goalkeeper Mark Temporal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Cunavichito FC's zone, Henry Castilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mark Temporal came out of the goal and Henry Castilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maurica FC's Navarro Carrasquedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xalbador Santin in the 8th minute of play. Mosen Peroria might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mark Temporal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mosen Peroria ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 13 minutes, Mosen Peroria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maurica FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mosen Peroria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Cunavichito FC's Matro Baroja got a free kick in the 15th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cunavichito FC's zone, Mosen Peroria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mark Temporal came out of the goal and Mosen Peroria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 17 minutes into the match, Cunavichito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Castilla came free, but Mark Temporal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Maurica FC booed when Cunavichito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josue Uja didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Henry Castilla put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mark Temporal. 26 minutes into the game, Xalbador Santin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Navarro Carrasquedo. Xalbador Santin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Rodolfo Camazon kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Henry Castilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henry Castilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Henry Castilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 minutes of play, Maurica FC's Henry Castilla made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mark Temporal was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 47 minutes, Xalbador Santin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cunavichito FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xalbador Santin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xalbador Santin to make the kick off. Cunavichito FC's Mark Temporal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Castilla in the 59th minute of play. Cunavichito FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caton Valderrabano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Navarro Carrasquedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xalbador Santin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Caton Valderrabano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mosen Peroria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maurica FC's Henry Castilla got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Maurica FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
