Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Everardo Aizaran started the match with the kick off. When Guarabao FC's Leheren Sereno in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Platanales FC's goalie prevented a goal. Platanales FC's Totakoxe Neriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elequemedo Graña in the 6th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Platanales FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Aizaran to maneuver through the defense. Everardo Aizaran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roderigo Nero having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Leheren Sereno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guarabao FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leheren Sereno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Totakoxe Neriz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leheren Sereno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Leheren Sereno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guarabao FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leheren Sereno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Totakoxe Neriz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leheren Sereno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Totakoxe Neriz having to interfere. Everardo Aizaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Roderigo Nero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Guarabao FC got a freekick which was hit by Ceandro Cieza. Hector Gorria struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Roderigo Nero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Platanales FC. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Roderigo Nero successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Guarabao FC's Roderigo Nero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Aizaran in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Galtero Odon during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Everardo Aizaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Roderigo Nero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roderigo Nero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Everardo Aizaran's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Hector Gorria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roderigo Nero having to interfere. When Everardo Aizaran came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Platanales FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Everardo Aizaran couldn't finish the play. Roderigo Nero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Gorria in the 63rd minute of the match. Guarabao FC's Elequemedo Graña got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the game, Reimundo Saer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Platanales FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guarabao FC the free kick. Guarabao FC's Leheren Sereno managed to work through Platanales FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Leheren Sereno dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Hector Gorria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the game, Leheren Sereno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Totakoxe Neriz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79th minute, Leheren Sereno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Hector Gorria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reimundo Saer was shown his second yellow card after 88 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Guarabao FC booed when Platanales FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reimundo Saer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hector Gorria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bastian Lugardo came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Platanales FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bastian Lugardo couldn't finish the play. The Guarabao FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
