Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Juvenal Lisundia got the match started through his kick off. In the 8th minute, Cayo Relloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Izotz Pena might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Generosb Ilisarri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Izotz Pena ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 22nd minute, Ederono Aranzabal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belarmo Gos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Galtero Marrero in the 27th minute of play. Galtero Marrero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Belarmo Gos having to interfere. Izotz Pena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generosb Ilisarri having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Juvenal Lisundia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Apara FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juvenal Lisundia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Apara FC booed when Taguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tancredo Orbaneja didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Galtero Marrero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Apara FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The wind increased when Valery Chavarria made the kick off in the second half. Valery Chavarria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Izotz Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Generosb Ilisarri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Izotz Pena's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valery Chavarria in the 67th minute of play forced Apara FC's goalkeeper Generosb Ilisarri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belarmo Gos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juvenal Lisundia in the 69th minute. In the 72nd minute, Juvenal Lisundia fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Galtero Marrero struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Belarmo Gos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apara FC. In the 75th minute, Ovidio Docio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valery Chavarria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Generosb Ilisarri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Taguay's goal looked a bit too open when Juvenal Lisundia came free, but Belarmo Gos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taguay's Izotz Pena got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valery Chavarria took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Generosb Ilisarri. Generosb Ilisarri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Belarmo Gos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juvenal Lisundia in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Izotz Pena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Apara FC's Galtero Marrero got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
