Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Platanillar FC's Gauargi Rivacoba started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Platanillar FC booed when Garabato FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Iriusta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 5 minutes, Gauargi Rivacoba made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Garabato FC's Aires Blanquel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dabi Ajorbe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lizbeth Madera in the 10th minute. When Domenec Luis came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Platanillar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domenec Luis couldn't finish the play. Aires Blanquel came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Platanillar FC's Gaston Barcaiztegui. But to his dismay, Gaston Barcaiztegui quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 19 minutes into the match, Lizbeth Madera notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Platanillar FC's Dabi Ajorbe. Dabi Ajorbe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Garabato FC's Diego Vial in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Platanillar FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Lizbeth Madera came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Garabato FC fans jumped to their feet. Aires Blanquel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gauargi Rivacoba, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 32 played minutes, Platanillar FC's Martin Alvisto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aires Blanquel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Platanillar FC reached it. In the 35th match minute, Garabato FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayo Ahijado to maneuver through the defense. Dabi Ajorbe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lizbeth Madera in the 37th minute. If Diego Vial had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aires Blanquel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gauargi Rivacoba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cayo Ahijado during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Garabato FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Cayo Ahijado hit a great ball. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Platanillar FC. Montel Largacha stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aires Blanquel. 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diego Vial to make the kick off. If Gauargi Rivacoba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Platanillar FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Montel Largacha hit a great ball. In the 69th minute, Diego Vial got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benedicto Pizaño hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Gaston Barcaiztegui ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aires Blanquel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Dabi Ajorbe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Vial, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute.
