Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Corcado's Ronaldo Periceira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Xerardo Neli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salbatore Feo in the 9th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Rosario got a freekick which was hit by Jorrin Bezanilla. If Ronaldo Periceira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorrin Bezanilla hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Calvino Guridi struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Nofre Pedrosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rosario. In the 31st minute, Calvino Guridi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonardo Viso kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Calvino Guridi might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nofre Pedrosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Calvino Guridi ran back to his position shaking his head. Calvino Guridi struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. After 42 minutes, Benicio Oñativia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corcado and the Rosario players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Corcado getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Benicio Oñativia hit a great ball. Nofre Pedrosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roegelio Cedeno in the 45th minute of the match. Rosario's Roegelio Cedeno got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Roegelio Cedeno made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calvino Guridi in the 57th minute of play forced Corcado's goalkeeper Nofre Pedrosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calvino Guridi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Nofre Pedrosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Roegelio Cedeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 played minutes, Rosario's Salvator Jibaja shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nofre Pedrosa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rosario reached it. When Calvino Guridi, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 70 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Nofre Pedrosa was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Nofre Pedrosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roegelio Cedeno in the 72nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rosario's zone, Salbatore Feo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xerardo Neli came out of the goal and Salbatore Feo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Calvino Guridi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Corcado's Salbatore Feo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xerardo Neli narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
