Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bilbo Vinas made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th minute Bilbo Vinas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paublo Hera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Motatan's goalkeeper Opilano Ocariz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Rexino. Paublo Hera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herauso Gaytan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 14 minutes, Bilbo Vinas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Motatan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bilbo Vinas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute Bilbo Vinas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paublo Hera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Estrellas Roja's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eufemio Cienfuegos was slow to take the kick. During this time Motatan's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Eufemio Cienfuegos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Estrellas Roja's Paublo Hera did a great save. When Bilbo Vinas came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Motatan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bilbo Vinas couldn't finish the play. Joseba Valencina kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Adalberto Inclan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Paublo Hera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Joseba Valencina fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estrellas Roja's protests and gave Joseba Valencina a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Estrellas Roja's Joseba Valencina got a free kick in the 24th minute. Inacio Heraña's late challenge caught a Motatan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inacio Heraña helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes Estrellas Roja got a freekick which was hit by Inacio Heraña. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Prospero Paradelo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estrellas Roja's supporters rose to their feet, but Prospero Paradelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Opilano Ocariz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paublo Hera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bilbo Vinas in the 41st minute of the match. Opilano Ocariz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Federico Rexino in the 43rd minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Adalberto Inclan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Opilano Ocariz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Paradelo in the 58th minute of play. Motatan's Opilano Ocariz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Rexino in the 60th minute of play. Estrellas Roja's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roque Angulo in the 61st minute. The corner led Estrellas Roja's Bermudo PujarµN to fire away a dangerous shot which Opilano Ocariz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Adalberto Inclan charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adalberto Inclan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Motatan's Eufemio Cienfuegos got a free kick in the 64th minute. When Roque Angulo came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Estrellas Roja fans jumped to their feet.
