Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Manoel Villarmea got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Beramacho getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Bordat Lazcano hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Ahijado in the 8th minute of play forced Beramacho's goalkeeper Artur Herreros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 10 minutes, Bordat Lazcano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beramacho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bordat Lazcano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Canoa's goal looked a bit too open when Manoel Villarmea came free, but Anacleto Pereta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 played minutes Canoa got a freekick which was hit by Henric Argandoña. Artur Herreros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Cidiel's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Canoa's Anacleto Pereta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manoel Villarmea in the 22nd minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Canoa's Gomez Oñativia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Artur Herreros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Gomez Oñativia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Canoa were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gomez Oñativia was the one to do the kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Manoel Villarmea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Canoa's Anacleto Pereta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gomez Oñativia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Artur Herreros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igor Cidiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Herreros having to interfere. Gomez Oñativia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Artur Herreros came out and tried to block the shot, but Gomez Oñativia slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 61st minute. If Igor Cidiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Beramacho's goal looked a bit too open when Gomez Oñativia came free, but Artur Herreros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gomez Oñativia in the 68th minute of play forced Beramacho's goalkeeper Artur Herreros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bordat Lazcano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Pereta having to interfere. Henric Argandoña charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henric Argandoña the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 72 played minutes Canoa got a freekick which was hit by Henric Argandoña. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Gomez Oñativia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canoa's supporters rose to their feet, but Gomez Oñativia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Herreros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kinsen Galanes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anacleto Pereta. Canoa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Manoel Villarmea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beramacho's supporters rose to their feet, but Manoel Villarmea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anacleto Pereta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute of the match Duardo Marisancena sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anacleto Pereta skillfully saved the ball. Artur Herreros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gomez Oñativia in the 89th minute of play. Bordat Lazcano struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Anacleto Pereta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beramacho. The Canoa supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Canoa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
