Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Firmo Hermosa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Madaleno Gondian struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Lugo Ruilopez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morichalito. The referee ignored Morichalito's protests and gave Joey Vinyals a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Morichalito getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Joey Vinyals hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Bruzual FC's Duardo Ballesteros broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Derwin Monasterio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lugo Ruilopez having to interfere. If Lawrence Periceira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
