Giro Oviedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Giro Oviedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gonzalito's supporters rose to their feet, but Giro Oviedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bermudo Renta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Gonzalito's zone, Cugat Colombres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dominix Conchas came out of the goal and Cugat Colombres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yiyo Adriano in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dominix Conchas saved Gonzalito from getting behind. When Yiyo Adriano got free in front of the goal in the 19th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Dominix Conchas was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 21 minutes, Oso Verdes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gonzalito and the Tabacare players grew even worse after the yellow card. Oso Verdes kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Tabby Arambarri, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gonzalito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cugat Colombres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The Tabacare players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
