Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Harkaitz Torrescassana took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Martxelin Alarcon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barlovento fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 8th minute Archibaldo Iracheta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romano Rioseras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Garaile Guridi came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Barlovento fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Garaile Guridi couldn't finish the play. Archibaldo Iracheta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romano Rioseras having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Barlovento's Eduardo Beysama got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27thth minute of the game Harkaitz Torrescassana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barlovento's Romano Rioseras was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Curubiche's Gervasio Manaut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martxelin Alarcon in the 36th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martxelin Alarcon was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Beysama during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gervasio Manaut stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Garaile Guridi's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Garaile Guridi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Gervasio Manaut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garaile Guridi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Barlovento's Romano Rioseras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harkaitz Torrescassana in the 74th minute of play. Garaile Guridi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Manaut having to interfere. Goizeder Lara hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 84 minutes Barlovento's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lawrence Cabañas who took care of the corner kick. Gervasio Manaut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martxelin Alarcon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romano Rioseras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harkaitz Torrescassana in the 90th minute of the match. Barlovento's Romano Rioseras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harkaitz Torrescassana in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Barlovento's goalkeeper Romano Rioseras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Justin Basurto's late challenge caught a Barlovento's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justin Basurto helped the player get up and apologised. Justin Basurto kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Gervasio Manaut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Garaile Guridi in the 95th minute of the match. Curubiche's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
