Guasimito FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Confesor Trigueros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lartaun Viurra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Padro Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rosio Perucho in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcones Mujica saved Guasimito FC from getting behind. Benat Quintero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Quentin Tome tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rockeros Malandritos's goalkeeper Quentin Tome, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Guasimito FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Mouricio Grado hit a great ball. Quentin Tome made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benat Quintero in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute Rosio Perucho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcones Mujica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benat Quintero struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Quentin Tome didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guasimito FC. After the first half Guasimito FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the match, Guasimito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rosio Perucho came free, but Marcones Mujica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quentin Tome made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benat Quintero in the 55th minute of play. Quentin Tome made an important save on a dangerous shot by Confesor Trigueros in the 66th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Tajo Loro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rockeros Malandritos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guasimito FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rockeros Malandritos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! Thanks to some nice moves Confesor Trigueros could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Quentin Tome however easily saved by the left post. If Confesor Trigueros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quentin Tome made an important save on a dangerous shot by Confesor Trigueros in the 87th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Rosio Perucho notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Guasimito FC's Marcones Mujica. Marcones Mujica was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Guasimito FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
