Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Michotalito FC's Moises Nuevo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With his leg Laurgain Berenguer managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Michotalito FC's Jon Guate fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Enetz Posiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Romano Aladro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Enetz Posiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon Guate got free with Laurgain Berenguer in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cotoperiz's goalkeeper Laurgain Berenguer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 21 played minutes Cotoperiz got a freekick which was hit by Henrique Trelles. 23 minutes into the match, Michotalito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Sabino came free, but Romano Aladro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 played minutes Cotoperiz got a freekick which was hit by Martin Vasco. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Lixandro Vozmediana took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Laurgain Berenguer to make any attempt to save it. When Jon Guate came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Michotalito FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jon Guate couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enetz Posiga was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Michotalito FC booed when Cotoperiz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Senen Rano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laurgain Berenguer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Moises Nuevo's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salvadore Pedronera during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th minute, Salvadore Pedronera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lixandro Vozmediana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurgain Berenguer having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Cotoperiz's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Nuevo came free, but Laurgain Berenguer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cotoperiz's Laurgain Berenguer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Guate in the 73rd minute of play. Laurgain Berenguer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon Guate in the 75th minute of play. When Michotalito FC's Moises Nuevo in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cotoperiz's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Michotalito FC's zone, Angelo Sabino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romano Aladro came out of the goal and Angelo Sabino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Enetz Posiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Michotalito FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cotoperiz had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
