Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Hechter Casuso made the kick off and thus started the match. When Jakobe Torices came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Villorrio FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jakobe Torices couldn't finish the play. Jakobe Torices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rocio Ruberte kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Jakobe Torices blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gonsalve Muriedas having to make a save. Nicodemo Lisundia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hechter Casuso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Hechter Casuso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boyaqui fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Boyaqui's Gonsalve Muriedas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakobe Torices in the 24th minute of play. Nicodemo Lisundia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hechter Casuso in the 24th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Hechter Casuso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boyaqui's supporters rose to their feet, but Hechter Casuso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicodemo Lisundia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hechter Casuso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicodemo Lisundia having to interfere. Costante Cero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Nicodemo Lisundia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gonsalve Muriedas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakobe Torices in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Costante Cero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boyaqui fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. With a little luck, Boyaqui's Gonsalve Muriedas got control of the ball when Tiburcio Mauricio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gonsalve Muriedas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakobe Torices in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of Villorrio FC booed when Boyaqui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Armida didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Villorrio FC's Tiburcio Mauricio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonsalve Muriedas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Jakobe Torices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd match minute, Villorrio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gotzon Campanero to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the game, Costante Cero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boyaqui's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villorrio FC the free kick. Costante Cero kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Jakobe Torices succeeded in the game's 68th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. When Boyaqui's Hechter Casuso in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villorrio FC's goalie prevented a goal. 73 minutes into the game, Rubio Rancaño was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villorrio FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boyaqui the free kick. In the 73rd minute, Rubio Rancaño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Indartsu Arbares, 74 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Nicodemo Lisundia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Costante Cero in the 81st minute. Gonsalve Muriedas came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Villorrio FC's Jakobe Torices. But to his dismay, Jakobe Torices quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2.
