An unexpectedly hard shot by Edorta Ajamil in the 4th minute of play forced Barotal FC's goalkeeper Teobaldo Buelva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moritas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Jaime Conde scored to the left of an out of position Peio Naranjo, making the score, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Barotal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edorta Ajamil came free, but Teobaldo Buelva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Moritas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chepe Sotilla to maneuver through the defense. Guaberto Mayorga, 17 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 20th play minutes Obeko Coro shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Peio Naranjo and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 24th minute, Andre Principe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 played minutes Barotal FC got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Mayorga. An unexpectedly hard shot by Telesforo Lerma in the 31st minute of play forced Barotal FC's goalkeeper Teobaldo Buelva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Edorta Ajamil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teobaldo Buelva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telesforo Lerma in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Simon Sande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barotal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moritas the free kick. Simon Sande hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edorta Ajamil to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Edorta Ajamil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teobaldo Buelva was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Jaime Conde blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peio Naranjo having to make a save. Peio Naranjo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Conde in the 69th minute of play. Obeko Coro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Moritas's goal looked a bit too open when Obeko Coro came free, but Peio Naranjo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peio Naranjo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Obeko Coro's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Obeko Coro in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peio Naranjo saved Moritas from getting behind. Peio Naranjo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Conde in the 91st minute of the match. Moritas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guaberto Mayorga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Guaberto Mayorga made a great header on Barotal FC's corner, it was just that Moritas's Peio Naranjo managed to reach the ball for a save. Peio Naranjo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Conde in the 95th minute of play. Barotal FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
