Empalizadas FC's Timeteo Barcena got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benjamin Mimbreño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Goiz Pedrais in the 22nd minute of the match. Goiz Pedrais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martxot Saludes kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Timeteo Barcena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Mimbreño having to interfere. Empalizadas FC's Aresti Santervas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Treviño in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Timeteo Barcena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Empalizadas FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tabe were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Goiz Pedrais to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Tabe's goal looked a bit too open when Goiz Pedrais came free, but Benjamin Mimbreño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Goiz Pedrais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Qwinton Escabi charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Tabe's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Timeteo Barcena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Goiz Pedrais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tabe had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
