Markvincent Cameno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Cabo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Galipero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Feliz Inguanzo came free, but Jaime Cantu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliz Inguanzo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Jaime Cantu made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Galipero FC's goalkeeper Jaime Cantu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gombal Mijares. Fausto Piñera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Markvincent Cameno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Matapalos FC booed when Galipero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubio Legaspi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliz Inguanzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Cantu having to interfere. After 95 played minutes Matapalos FC got a freekick which was hit by Dagoberto Cordero. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
