Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ganadito's Gomez Persol started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Montel Pelon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ganadito and the Conoropa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Conoropa FC booed when Ganadito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Montel Pelon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute Ganadito were awarded a corner. Gombal Cabero went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Montel Pelon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Orlan Calonge quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Orlan Calonge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gomez Persol, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Gomez Persol struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Orlan Calonge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ganadito. When Ganadito's Gomez Persol in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Conoropa FC's goalie prevented a goal. 17 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Martinez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gau Sisalde. Ganadito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ubaldo Martinez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ganadito's Gau Sisalde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Martinez in the 25th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Martinez in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gau Sisalde saved Ganadito from getting behind. Gau Sisalde came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Conoropa FC's Alberto Pineda. But to his dismay, Alberto Pineda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Gau Sisalde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Pineda in the 37th minute of the match. Raul Castañeda's late challenge caught a Conoropa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raul Castañeda helped the player get up and apologised. After 39 played minutes Ganadito got a freekick which was hit by Raul Castañeda. If Ubaldo Martinez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Ganadito defense, Alberto Pineda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gau Sisalde. The Ganadito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gau Sisalde should have stopped the shot.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ubaldo Martinez to strike the kick off in the second half. Orlan Calonge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gomez Persol in the 56th minute of the match. Alberto Pineda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Gau Sisalde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th match minute, Ganadito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Castañeda to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Pineda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raul Castañeda kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, Gomez Persol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Orlan Calonge was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 78th minute, Alberto Pineda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conoropa FC's Orlan Calonge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Bernat in the 84th minute of play. When Alberto Pineda came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Conoropa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Pineda couldn't finish the play. In the 89th match minute, Ganadito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Min Caceres to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Pineda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gau Sisalde having to interfere. If Alberto Pineda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Conoropa FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Conoropa FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
