To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 29 played minutes Misaray got a freekick which was hit by Matro Piña. 33 minutes into the game, Orlin Narganes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Breogan Obaya. Orlin Narganes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Casimiro Cevallo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlin Narganes couldn't finish the play. 97 minutes into the match, Misaray's goal looked a bit too open when Orlin Narganes came free, but Breogan Obaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Munoz FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Misaray had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
