Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Moncho Antuñano started the match with the kick off. Leocadio Vallearena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Bilintx Andolz made a huge save. 5 minutes in the game, Moncho Antuñano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bilintx Andolz having to interfere. Chap Morante kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Chap Morante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Arapito FC's Arsenio Urquiola tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moncho Antuñano in the 10th minute of play forced Potrero FC's goalkeeper Bilintx Andolz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The long shot by Claudio Quintairos in the 12th minute really tested Bilintx Andolz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Erruki Caborredondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joey Darroja having to interfere. Teyo Arratia hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute Erruki Caborredondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joey Darroja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erruki Caborredondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joey Darroja having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Adrian Rosario was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Potrero FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arapito FC the free kick. In the 20th minute, Adrian Rosario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moncho Antuñano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Bilintx Andolz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 35 played minutes Arapito FC got a freekick which was hit by Teyo Arratia. Erruki Caborredondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Joey Darroja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teyo Arratia charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teyo Arratia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th match minute, Arapito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teyo Arratia to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Arapito FC's zone, Orlin Pino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joey Darroja came out of the goal and Orlin Pino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Potrero FC's Adrian Rosario got his second yellow card of the match in the 43rd minute. The referee ordered Adrian Rosario off the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moncho Antuñano in the 45th minute of play forced Potrero FC's goalkeeper Bilintx Andolz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Moncho Antuñano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erruki Caborredondo to make the kick off. Leocadio Vallearena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joey Darroja made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Erruki Caborredondo sent off a good shot on target. Juan-Carlos Junyent charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan-Carlos Junyent the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th match minute, Potrero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan-Carlos Junyent to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Arapito FC's goalkeeper Joey Darroja had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erruki Caborredondo. Joey Darroja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvator Viana in the 64th minute. Erruki Caborredondo might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joey Darroja. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erruki Caborredondo ran back to his position shaking his head. Erruki Caborredondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moncho Antuñano struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Bilintx Andolz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arapito FC. After a defensive mix-up in Arapito FC's zone, Erruki Caborredondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joey Darroja came out of the goal and Erruki Caborredondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joey Darroja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvator Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bilintx Andolz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moncho Antuñano in the 77th minute of play. Leocadio Vallearena scored 1-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bilintx Andolz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Moncho Antuñano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bilintx Andolz. Potrero FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moncho Antuñano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Potrero FC's Bilintx Andolz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moncho Antuñano in the 94th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Potrero FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Arapito FC.
