After a rather tough play, Moriche FC's Geronimo Ahedo got a free kick in the 5th minute. Loreto Rello's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roque Sanabria read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elizardo Yecora in the 14th minute of play forced Moriche FC's goalkeeper Roque Sanabria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elizardo Yecora in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roque Sanabria prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the game, Cebo Cabrera recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Isidoro Anduaga. Cebo Cabrera showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Elizardo Yecora's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roque Sanabria was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Garoa Aguiluz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Anduaga having to interfere. Elizardo Yecora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Roque Sanabria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Moriche FC booed when Araju FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonsalvo Berrios didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Loreto Rello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elizardo Yecora stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Elizardo Yecora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Loreto Rello could shoot a difficult shot in the 55th minute, which Roque Sanabria however easily saved by the left post. Elizardo Yecora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Sanabria having to interfere. Araju FC's Elizardo Yecora got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roque Sanabria made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Loreto Rello sent off a good shot on target. In the 65th minute, Elizardo Yecora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elizardo Yecora in the 67th minute of play forced Moriche FC's goalkeeper Roque Sanabria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Elizardo Yecora put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Roque Sanabria. Roque Sanabria made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Loreto Rello sent off a good shot on target. After 76 played minutes Moriche FC got a freekick which was hit by Geronimo Ahedo. Roque Sanabria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elizardo Yecora in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Loreto Rello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Araju FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Loreto Rello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roque Sanabria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Loreto Rello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Sanabria having to interfere. After 84 minutes, Elizardo Yecora made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Moriche FC's Roque Sanabria tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Isidoro Anduaga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cebo Cabrera's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Isidoro Anduaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cebo Cabrera in the 96th minute of the match. Araju FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
