Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bernebe Barrientos took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Piritucual's goal looked a bit too open when Leocadio Iban came free, but Bautista Tecla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Salvidor Urriola got free with Virila Lambaria in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rito Viguera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leocadio Iban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Bautista Tecla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leocadio Iban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bautista Tecla having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Leocadio Iban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Piritucual's goalkeeper Bautista Tecla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Virila Lambaria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claus Iruretagoyena in the 32nd minute of play. Silbestre Garandia kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Rito Viguera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bautista Tecla having to make a save. Piritucual's Bautista Tecla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernebe Barrientos in the 37th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Piritucual got a freekick which was hit by Isias Chagavia. Leocadio Iban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bautista Tecla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Bautista Tecla came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Sultans Of Swing's Bernebe Barrientos. But to his dismay, Bernebe Barrientos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claus Iruretagoyena to make the kick off. Sultans Of Swing's Bernebe Barrientos got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Sultans Of Swing booed when Piritucual was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifaco Cascos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernebe Barrientos might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bautista Tecla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernebe Barrientos ran back to his position shaking his head. Virila Lambaria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claus Iruretagoyena in the 63rd minute of play. Rito Viguera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Bernebe Barrientos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Leocadio Iban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th match minute, Sultans Of Swing was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Senio Raireta to maneuver through the defense. If Ado Cuadro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ado Cuadro struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Virila Lambaria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piritucual. In the 83rd minute of the match Bonifaco Cascos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Virila Lambaria skillfully saved the ball. In the 84th minute, Rito Viguera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes in the game, Leocadio Iban fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bautista Tecla having to interfere. Rito Viguera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xicu Altamirano's late challenge caught a Piritucual's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xicu Altamirano helped the player get up and apologised. Xicu Altamirano kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 94 minutes into the game, when Cris Gota put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Piritucual a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bonifaco Cascos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sultans Of Swing's Virila Lambaria. 1-1. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
