Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lapurdi Cotillo kicked off to start the match. Lander Urquiaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lapurdi Cotillo in the 4th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, Atletico Montes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Indalecio Bue to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Montes FC's zone, Miguel Arintero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bidari Matanza came out of the goal and Miguel Arintero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th match minute, Shadows F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lohitzun Macua to maneuver through the defense. After 17 played minutes Atletico Montes FC got a freekick which was hit by Cordarrell Servicial. Lander Urquiaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lapurdi Cotillo in the 19th minute of the match. When Miguel Arintero came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Shadows F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Arintero couldn't finish the play. If Ronaldinho Ezquierdo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Arintero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bidari Matanza having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miguel Arintero was the one to do the kick off. Bidari Matanza was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Roland Covillas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roland Covillas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Oscar Reyes's late challenge caught a Shadows F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Reyes helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atletico Montes FC! When the match had been going on for 60 minutes, Shadows F.C.'s Tadzio Preciado got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Bidari Matanza. In the 69th minute, Lapurdi Cotillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lander Urquiaga came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Montes FC's Ronaldinho Ezquierdo. But to his dismay, Ronaldinho Ezquierdo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Favila Taladriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bidari Matanza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roland Covillas in the 92nd minute. Ronaldinho Ezquierdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lander Urquiaga having to interfere.
