An unexpectedly hard shot by Marino Termiñon in the 15th minute of play forced deportivo FC's goalkeeper Domingos Herdozain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingos Herdozain came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaimaro's Claude Astiago. But to his dismay, Claude Astiago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Gartzea Mansilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gartzea Mansilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingos Herdozain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guaimaro. After having played for 34 minutes, Higinio Cachurro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. deportivo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Higinio Cachurro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Higinio Cachurro scored 2-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hermengildo Najera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Domingos Herdozain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Astiago in the 43rd minute of the match. Lopez Carcedo charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lopez Carcedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th match minute, deportivo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lopez Carcedo to maneuver through the defense. Lopez Carcedo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Claude Astiago in the 52nd minute of play forced deportivo FC's goalkeeper Domingos Herdozain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hever Luzano hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Higinio Cachurro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66thth minute of the game Marino Termiñon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but deportivo FC's Domingos Herdozain was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 73 played minutes Marino Termiñon rounded deportivo FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Hermengildo Najera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Cachurro, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the game, deportivo FC's Gartzea Mansilla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermengildo Najera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After 85 minutes of play, deportivo FC's Gartzea Mansilla made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hermengildo Najera was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Guaimaro getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Roque Viñales hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Xavon Urbina sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Guaimaro's Hermengildo Najera didn't even have to move. Hermengildo Najera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gartzea Mansilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute Gartzea Mansilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Najera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Guaimaro's Claude Astiago nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingos Herdozain made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. Guaimaro's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
