With a little luck, LOS GONZALEZ FC's Zuberoa Mori got control of the ball when Fortunato Belaustegui tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Chalana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rogerio Lavet came free, but Demesio Pascua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, LOS GONZALEZ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cayo Abrea came free, but Zuberoa Mori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 played minutes LOS GONZALEZ FC got a freekick which was hit by Precioso Bardon. Sandaili Gox received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Zuberoa Mori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, LOS GONZALEZ FC's Cresconio Astiategui got a free kick in the 31st minute. Bautista Barraza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Zuberoa Mori made a huge save. Arnulfo Cagigas hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Fortunato Belaustegui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Zuberoa Mori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bautista Barraza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Fortunato Belaustegui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zuberoa Mori was relentless in the 44th minute of the game.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fortunato Belaustegui was the one to do the kick off. Zuberoa Mori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bautista Barraza in the 54th minute of the match. Cayo Abrea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zuberoa Mori having to interfere. LOS GONZALEZ FC's Zuberoa Mori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayo Abrea in the 66th minute of play. If Bautista Barraza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Precioso Bardon's late challenge caught a Chalana FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Precioso Bardon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th match minute, LOS GONZALEZ FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Precioso Bardon to maneuver through the defense. Santi Laje fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demesio Pascua having to interfere. 89 minutes into the game, Chalana FC's Bautista Barraza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zuberoa Mori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Bautista Barraza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Demesio Pascua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cresconio Astiategui in the 94th minute of play. Chants of LOS GONZALEZ FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Chalana FC had held the ball for most of the match.
