Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Acarigua City's Virila Sanjuan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Ekain Termiñoso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Acarigua City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guatatal FC the free kick. Ekain Termiñoso kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Rosio Payno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ronaldinho Ocejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosio Payno struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Ronaldinho Ocejo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acarigua City. Guatatal FC's Ronaldinho Ocejo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Guatatal FC from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the match, Mon Cimbrelo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Acarigua City's Harkaitz Moraza. Harkaitz Moraza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roque Izcaray struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Harkaitz Moraza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guatatal FC. Virila Sanjuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldinho Ocejo having to interfere. Mon Cimbrelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mon Cimbrelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Rosio Payno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Virila Sanjuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldinho Ocejo having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Dei Socorro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ronaldinho Ocejo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 51st minute, Virila Sanjuan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Guatatal FC's zone, Dei Socorro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldinho Ocejo came out of the goal and Dei Socorro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Virila Sanjuan in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronaldinho Ocejo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 56 played minutes Guatatal FC got a freekick which was hit by Luken Longo. Virila Sanjuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fidencio Miravalles shot from long distance in the 69th minute, but Harkaitz Moraza was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Virila Sanjuan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronaldinho Ocejo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Fidencio Miravalles hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Acarigua City's zone, Roque Izcaray stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harkaitz Moraza came out of the goal and Roque Izcaray tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roque Izcaray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Harkaitz Moraza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Roque Izcaray got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fero Ahelle kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Harkaitz Moraza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Izcaray in the 91st minute of play. Virila Sanjuan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronaldinho Ocejo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 95th match minute, Acarigua City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dei Socorro to maneuver through the defense. Acarigua City were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
