Salamon Ocasio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mantzio Reyes. Biruaquita FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 16th minute Toro Ilardia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mantzio Reyes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ceuta FC booed when Biruaquita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lehior Careaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauricio Villota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Mantzio Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35thth minute of the game Toro Ilardia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Biruaquita FC's Mantzio Reyes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicanor Bipiana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Amador Fardi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amador Fardi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xamin Queduro in the 45th minute of the match. After 46 minutes, Etxahun Izuzquiza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ceuta FC and the Biruaquita FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute, Etxahun Izuzquiza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Xamin Queduro made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lehior Careaga during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ceuta FC booed when Biruaquita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amador Fardi came out of the goal and Nicanor Bipiana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Toro Ilardia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Mantzio Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Villota in the 69th minute of play forced Biruaquita FC's goalkeeper Mantzio Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 played minutes Ceuta FC got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Villota. Mauricio Villota struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Mantzio Reyes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceuta FC. If Xamin Queduro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ceuta FC's Amador Fardi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xamin Queduro in the 83rd minute of play. Xamin Queduro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Amador Fardi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toro Ilardia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Mantzio Reyes made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Ceuta FC's Etxahun Izuzquiza got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
