It was Cristian Aragon who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domenico Porlier in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nayely Millano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Domenico Porlier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Nayely Millano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduardo Gian kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Txatxu Chapa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nayely Millano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Bautista Martiniana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barcelona FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ipare FC the free kick. 23 minutes into the match, Sol Vicuña notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Barcelona FC's Alberino Baca. Alberino Baca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 46 played minutes Ipare FC got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Adrian. If Txatxu Chapa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Txatxu Chapa made the kick off in the second half. When Domenico Porlier came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Barcelona FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domenico Porlier couldn't finish the play. In the 61stth minute of the game Txatxu Chapa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ipare FC's Nayely Millano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Ipare FC's goalkeeper Nayely Millano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domenico Porlier. If Sol Vicuña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
