Lope Ilisarri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zuri Orcondona in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the match, Perdomo's goalkeeper Lope Ilisarri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zuri Orcondona. Algarroba's Urtsua Gavito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicollao Mondrevilla in the 13th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cresitobalo Arizmendez during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 17 minutes into the game, one of Algarroba:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Irrintzi Almodovar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urtsua Gavito having to interfere. 0-1 became the score in the 30th minute when Irrintzi Almodovar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Dolfo Sandes fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Algarroba's protests and gave Dolfo Sandes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Algarroba getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Dolfo Sandes hit a great ball. If Irrintzi Almodovar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Blas Cameno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Pueblo Esteve made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Gonzales Miguelez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Perdomo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Algarroba the free kick. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Pueblo Esteve took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Urtsua Gavito to make any attempt to save it. If Karlos Flor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 minutes, Karlos Flor made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Perdomo's Lope Ilisarri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Algarroba getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Serafo Cardoso hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Irrintzi Almodovar got free with Urtsua Gavito in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pueblo Esteve struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Urtsua Gavito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perdomo. Lope Ilisarri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karlos Flor, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Perdomo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
