Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Morgao's Raitin Coca started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Xurxo Ason recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Baldovino Varez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 16 minutes, Eztebe Albear managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraulata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eztebe Albear was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Raitin Coca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geronimo Carrandi. Paraulata's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raitin Coca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Amador Pinillos kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Rioja Astola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the game, Ramiro Abaurre recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Geronimo Carrandi. Ramiro Abaurre showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baldovino Varez was the one to do the kick off. Geronimo Carrandi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Abaurre in the 52nd minute of play. Morgao's Odilon Domayca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldovino Varez in the 54th minute of play. If Eztebe Albear had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baldovino Varez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Odilon Domayca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Ramiro Abaurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Odilon Domayca made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Eztebe Albear sent off a good shot on target. Geronimo Carrandi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raitin Coca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramiro Abaurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Geronimo Carrandi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Morgao got a freekick which was hit by Henrique Serrano. Ramiro Abaurre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Carrandi having to interfere. Raitin Coca struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Geronimo Carrandi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morgao. Ramiro Abaurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Geronimo Carrandi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Odilon Domayca made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Eztebe Albear sent off a good shot on target. Xurxo Ason charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xurxo Ason the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Xurxo Ason kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Ramiro Abaurre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Morgao fans cheered their team off the field, for while Paraulata had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
