Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute, Mambru Varlett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Viterbo getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Valerio Hortega hit a great ball. The supporters of Viterbo booed when Ceferina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Machado Benavides didn't get a good kick on the ball. The free kick made by Ceferina FC's Machado Benavides led to a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Martino Sorzano took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Heli Comas. Heli Comas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 23rd minute, Haitz Viñaspre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 minutes, Haitz Viñaspre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ceferina FC and the Viterbo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Ceferina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haitz Viñaspre to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute, Silvano Solo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mambru Varlett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Machado Benavides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Machado Benavides in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xulio Gadañon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvano Solo to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Silvano Solo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heli Comas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Machado Benavides in the 54th minute of play forced Viterbo's goalkeeper Xulio Gadañon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Machado Benavides's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xulio Gadañon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Martino Sorzano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mambru Varlett in the 67th minute of play forced Viterbo's goalkeeper Xulio Gadañon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martino Sorzano struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Heli Comas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viterbo. Mambru Varlett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mambru Varlett hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Mambru Varlett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Viterbo's Andres Manzanal got a free kick in the 81st minute. Xulio Gadañon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chico Astiago in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 97 minutes, Mambru Varlett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ceferina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mambru Varlett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
