Haitz Cao was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pio Falces. In the 8th minute of the match, Gergori Zubeldia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Haitz Cao saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 9th minute, Janpier Brancovi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute, Gergori Zubeldia fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alberto Imendia charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alberto Imendia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, Soapire FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Imendia to maneuver through the defense. Soapire FC's Damaso Armentia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Botello Calvete in the 16th minute of play. Gergori Zubeldia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes in the game, Gergori Zubeldia fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Haitz Cao having to interfere. The supporters of Soapire FC booed when Acaoba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taurino Bolde didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Acaoba's goalkeeper Haitz Cao had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natalio Ita. Natalio Ita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Haitz Cao when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Natalio Ita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haitz Cao having to interfere. Gergori Zubeldia struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Haitz Cao didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soapire FC. Haitz Cao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gergori Zubeldia in the 41st minute of the match. Gergori Zubeldia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haitz Cao having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gergori Zubeldia was the one to do the kick off. Acaoba's Botello Calvete got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Natalio Ita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Haitz Cao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gergori Zubeldia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celedonio Vanegas kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The corner led Acaoba's Urre Logroño to fire away a dangerous shot which Damaso Armentia despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gergori Zubeldia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Haitz Cao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Natalio Ita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haitz Cao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gergori Zubeldia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Gergori Zubeldia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Soapire FC's Damaso Armentia got control of the ball when Jairo Echaez tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 87 minutes, Botello Calvete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acaoba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Botello Calvete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Botello Calvete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chants of Acaoba echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Soapire FC had held the ball for most of the match.
