In the 10th match minute, Pedregales FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otoniel Abarca to maneuver through the defense. After 21st play minutes Aaron Miranda shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Truylos Galarza and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the Tunapuy defense, Artaldo Zalon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Truylos Galarza. The Tunapuy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Truylos Galarza should have stopped the shot. After 39 played minutes Tunapuy got a freekick which was hit by Donato Cisneros. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Otoniel Abarca made a kick off. Truylos Galarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otoniel Abarca in the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 59 minutes, Gau Lecuna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tunapuy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gau Lecuna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Octavio Castellano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xove Cadaval having to interfere. Gau Lecuna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Otoniel Abarca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88thth minute of the game Otoniel Abarca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tunapuy's Truylos Galarza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedregales FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
