Quintan Callon hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Domenec Quelia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lauaxeta Corrillos came out and tried to block the shot, but Domenec Quelia slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. Marcos Rosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maule Nicolas, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Marcos Rosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xavion Figueras's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Domenec Quelia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Lauaxeta Corrillos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 21 minutes into the match, Maule Nicolas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Rosa. Botada FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maule Nicolas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Coreyal's Maule Nicolas got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Botada FC's Lluc Ceruelo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lauaxeta Corrillos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34th minute, David Valdemoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Coreyal's zone, Dionisio Talaya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lauaxeta Corrillos came out of the goal and Dionisio Talaya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 45 minutes, Xavion Figueras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coreyal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavion Figueras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Xavion Figueras made the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Botada FC got a freekick which was hit by Edson Monta. In the 62nd minute Dionisio Talaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lauaxeta Corrillos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Omar Cigaran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Coreyal's goalkeeper Lauaxeta Corrillos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Domenec Quelia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Lauaxeta Corrillos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lauaxeta Corrillos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Talaya in the 70th minute of the match. Lauaxeta Corrillos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Talaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Talaya in the 87th minute of play forced Coreyal's goalkeeper Lauaxeta Corrillos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Rosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maule Nicolas in the 89th minute. In the 90th match minute, Botada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jax Granero to maneuver through the defense. Dionisio Talaya might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lauaxeta Corrillos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dionisio Talaya ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 93rd minute Domenec Quelia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lauaxeta Corrillos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 97th minute of the game. One of Coreyal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Botada FC:s goal. In the 100th minute there was a penalty for Botada FC. Reynaldo Lopidana stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lauaxeta Corrillos. 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Botada FC had won after a very even match.
