Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Isadore Betolaza kicked off to start the match. Tancipay FC's Ubaldo Orgaz got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Tancipay FC's zone, Justino Castejon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Estramiana came out of the goal and Justino Castejon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Isadore Betolaza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tancipay FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isadore Betolaza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Angelo Villate was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tancipay FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cococito the free kick. Justino Castejon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isadore Betolaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ubaldo Orgaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Teodoro Abastas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justino Castejon to strike the kick off in the second half. When Justino Castejon came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Cococito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justino Castejon couldn't finish the play. Aloisio Reboiras struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Lucas Estramiana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cococito. Teodoro Abastas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isadore Betolaza in the 63rd minute of the match. Karlos Muñagorri hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Isadore Betolaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teodoro Abastas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isadore Betolaza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ubaldo Orgaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Teodoro Abastas made a huge save. Isadore Betolaza might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodoro Abastas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isadore Betolaza ran back to his position shaking his head. Cococito's Aloisio Reboiras got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Tancipay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Castejon came free, but Lucas Estramiana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Justino Castejon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cococito's supporters rose to their feet, but Justino Castejon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Estramiana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
