Ramos Axeitos ran back to his position shaking his head. Burutzagi Leniz hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Andoni Mathey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rojelio Pumarejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vinicio Patiño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andoni Mathey having to interfere. Andoni Mathey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cebo Galdamiz in the 23rd minute of play. Rojelio Pumarejo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 31 minutes into the game, Guayamuriz's Cebo Galdamiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andoni Mathey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Betadur Juarez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramos Axeitos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Parmanita FC's goalkeeper Andoni Mathey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cebo Galdamiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Burutzagi Leniz during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 54 minutes of play, Parmanita FC's Ramos Axeitos made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Betadur Juarez was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Rojelio Pumarejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guayamuriz's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Parmanita FC's zone, Cebo Galdamiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andoni Mathey came out of the goal and Cebo Galdamiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Guayamuriz could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Parmanita FC throughout the match.
