An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Carriles in the 16th minute of play forced Maremare's goalkeeper Saturnino Coria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Oinatz Vivaldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reno Mateo was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oinatz Vivaldo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Illan Fresnos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quima's supporters rose to their feet, but Illan Fresnos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saturnino Coria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oinatz Vivaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Antonio Basco put in a rough tackle. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Maremare! 64 minutes into the game, Aurelio Bebias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Saturnino Coria was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Illan Fresnos struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Saturnino Coria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quima. Illan Fresnos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Coria having to interfere. Saturnino Coria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Carriles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maremare's Saturnino Coria proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Maremare from getting a goal against them. Jose Carriles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Saturnino Coria made a huge save. Illan Fresnos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saturnino Coria made an important save on a dangerous shot by Illan Fresnos in the 84th minute. Illan Fresnos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Saturnino Coria made a huge save. Hilario Ubera hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Saturnino Coria was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Jose Carriles capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jose Carriles really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Illan Fresnos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Saturnino Coria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Maremare supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Quima's performance. The match ended with a win for Quima.
