Eguerdi Seda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Mero Salinas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paquito Ledo's late challenge caught a Cabanas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paquito Ledo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Paquito Ledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 18 minutes, Eguerdi Seda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guarivaca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eguerdi Seda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 20 played minutes Guarivaca FC got a freekick which was hit by Eguerdi Seda. Felix Ontanilla received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mero Salinas came out and tried to block the shot, but Felix Ontanilla slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 23rd minute. If Roi Rael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roi Rael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Ariztimuño having to interfere. If Felix Ontanilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aureo Borrero during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Iraitz Alejandro missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 33 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Mero Salinas right hand side. A collision led to Cabanas FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Locaio Gallinas hit a great ball. If Eguerdi Seda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Roi Rael ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benjamin Ariztimuño was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felix Ontanilla made a kick off. If Roi Rael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Salvino Cereijais took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Benjamin Ariztimuño to make any attempt to save it. 60 minutes into the game, Eguerdi Seda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guarivaca FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cabanas FC the free kick. In the 60th minute, Eguerdi Seda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roi Rael got free with Benjamin Ariztimuño in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvino Cereijais in the 64th minute of play forced Guarivaca FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Ariztimuño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Felix Ontanilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Eguerdi Seda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guarivaca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eguerdi Seda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mero Salinas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Salvino Cereijais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Mero Salinas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eguerdi Seda, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After some careless play in the Cabanas FC defense, Felix Ontanilla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mero Salinas. The Cabanas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mero Salinas should have stopped the shot. Guarivaca FC's Benjamin Ariztimuño proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Guarivaca FC from getting a goal against them. If Salvino Cereijais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Selatse Cubo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roi Rael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cabanas FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
