Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tiburcio Maleta started the match with the kick off. Iparragirre Seseña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matro Murcia in the 8th minute of play. After 9 minutes of play, Bernay FC's Severiano Gamiz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iparragirre Seseña was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pozote's Iparragirre Seseña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Gamiz in the 15th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horado Villavicencio got free with Justo Barambio in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pozote's Tiburcio Maleta got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Justo Barambio was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Tiburcio Maleta capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tiburcio Maleta really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. 24 minutes into the game, Bernay FC's Severiano Gamiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iparragirre Seseña made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 27 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Maleta recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Justo Barambio. Tiburcio Maleta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Justo Barambio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Maleta in the 30th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Pozote's zone, Matro Murcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iparragirre Seseña came out of the goal and Matro Murcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inacio Hondraita hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Severiano Gamiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Horado Villavicencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Justo Barambio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 43 played minutes Pozote got a freekick which was hit by Sayveon Moixi. A collision led to Bernay FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Herensuge Mortal hit a great ball. 49 minutes into the match, Bernay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Maleta came free, but Justo Barambio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 54thth minute of the game Horado Villavicencio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bernay FC's Justo Barambio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tiburcio Maleta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iparragirre Seseña was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Severiano Gamiz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 58 minute of play. Severiano Gamiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iparragirre Seseña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Gamiz in the 65th minute of play. Bartoleme Latorre might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iparragirre Seseña. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bartoleme Latorre ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74th minute, Tiburcio Maleta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severiano Gamiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Iparragirre Seseña made a huge save. In the 80th minute, Raulo Zarzosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Justo Barambio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Maleta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tiburcio Maleta came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Pozote fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiburcio Maleta couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiburcio Maleta in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justo Barambio saved Bernay FC from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Desire Armiñan in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iparragirre Seseña saved Pozote from getting behind. Bernay FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
