An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Blancas in the 39th minute of play forced Guaruchal's goalkeeper Damian Tavera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Eder Murgia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Tavera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 2-0 became the score in the 45th minute when Quintun Jurado elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
