Columbo Carbo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sandalio Yzaguirre's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Maiorga Abendaño might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Columbo Carbo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The referee showed Lorenzo Pineda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 94 minutes into the game, one of Jengibre FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
