In the 4th minute of the match Mesere got a corner. Club Mercedes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Behe Ruisuarez ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 9th minute, Luís Gustavo Pimenta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Peyo Bustos. The goal made the score 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Mesere's goal looked a bit too open when Eriz Negrete came free, but Cai Fei Cheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mesere's Luís Gustavo Pimenta got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Luís Gustavo Pimenta dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Peyo Bustos, 2-0. Peyo Bustos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segio Galantia in the 21st minute of play. The Mesere fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Mesere's Luís Gustavo Pimenta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luís Gustavo Pimentas short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Peyo Bustos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 28th minute, Luís Gustavo Pimenta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peyo Bustos was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Mesere's Segio Galantia suffered a sore thigh after 34 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 34 minutes into the game, Braulio Lejarazu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Mercedes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mesere the free kick. Mesere made a substitution. Edgard Maya replaced Segio Galantia. Braulio Lejarazu hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Luís Gustavo Pimenta took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Peyo Bustos to make any attempt to save it. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Luís Gustavo Pimenta took a quick shot and it went in 7-0 without a chance for Peyo Bustos to make any attempt to save it. Luís Gustavo Pimenta in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Peyo Bustos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 54th minute, Edgard Maya got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luís Gustavo Pimenta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peyo Bustos came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Mesere's Edgard Maya. But to his dismay, Edgard Maya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Peyo Bustos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Pimenta in the 61st minute of play. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Luís Gustavo Pimenta sped through Club Mercedes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Peyo Bustos. Peyo Bustos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Maya in the 67th minute of play. Nevada Dehesa's late challenge caught a Mesere's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nevada Dehesa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mesere booed when Club Mercedes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daunte Canzino didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Club Mercedes getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Pirro Covarrubias hit a great ball. Edgard Maya scored 11-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Peyo Bustos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Club Mercedes's Peyo Bustos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Cernadas in the 83rd minute of play. After 84 minutes, Luís Gustavo Pimenta made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. Club Mercedes's Peyo Bustos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 87th minute, Luís Gustavo Pimenta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mesere fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. The audience was convinced that Serafin Cernadas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peyo Bustos was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. There was no doubt that Mesere were the better team. Mesere's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
