After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Lucas Sterling managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Marabino's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Sterling was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustaf Wickander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 6 minutes into the match, Louis Pasteur dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gustaf Wickander, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Real Marabino's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
