Alianza FC's Nofre Estany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoine Mbappè in the 2nd minute of play. The attack was good, but when Marin Ciprian in the 3rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. With his leg Nofre Estany managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when ☆Charallave☆'s Thomas Ommen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Alianza FC booed when ☆Charallave☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Son Federigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reno Chavarria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nofre Estany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antoine Mbappè, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ☆Charallave☆'s Tanio Ocaliz got a free kick in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Alianza FC's goal looked a bit too open when 董骏景 came free, but Nofre Estany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cesareo Alcantara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Ciprian in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of ☆Charallave☆ booed when Alianza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonny Murray didn't get a good kick on the ball. Long Jian Le kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes Alianza FC got a freekick which was hit by Yiyo Cianca. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 董骏景 was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Alianza FC's Cesareo Alcantara threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marin Ciprian, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Yiyo Cianca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesareo Alcantara having to interfere. ☆Charallave☆'s Golo Phoenix was substituted for 董骏景. Cesareo Alcantara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Ciprian in the 60th minute of play. Alianza FC were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after ☆Charallave☆'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Reno Chavarria took the corner. After taking down the ball on Alianza FC's corner César Domingues fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cesareo Alcantara quite easily take care of the ball. Cesareo Alcantara made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Baran Gayret sent off a good shot on target. Nofre Estany made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Golo Phoenix in the 71st minute of play. Nofre Estany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Golo Phoenix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, ☆Charallave☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Yiyo Cianca came free, but Cesareo Alcantara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Golo Phoenix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nofre Estany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alianza FC made a substitution. Leopoldo Aimar replaced Yiyo Cianca. Alianza FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Reno Chavarria in the 85th minute. The corner ended in Reno Chavarria almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ☆Charallave☆'s Cesareo Alcantara did a great save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Golo Phoenix in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nofre Estany saved Alianza FC from getting behind. In the 89th minute, ☆Charallave☆'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after César Domingues fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Leopoldo Aimar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nofre Estany showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Ommen, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Antoine Mbappè made a great header on ☆Charallave☆'s corner, it was just that Alianza FC's Nofre Estany managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ☆Charallave☆ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Alianza FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
