Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ron Reagan kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the game, Angelo Randall recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Timmy Crane. Angelo Randall showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ron Reagan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Bolton having to interfere. Timmy Crane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Randall in the 16th minute of play. The nice shot from Donald Holley in the 18thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Timmy Crane had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Donald Holley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Timmy Crane made a huge save. Timmy Crane was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Timmy Crane managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when New Bern's Donald Holley fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of New Bern booed when COLARG F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nick Wetzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donald Holley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Angelo Randall made the kick off in the second half. Timmy Crane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Randall in the 53rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Nick Wetzel could shoot a difficult shot in the 55th minute, which Thomas Bolton however easily saved by the left post. Ron Reagan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thomas Bolton having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Angelo Randall's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Timmy Crane was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Nick Wetzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to COLARG F.C. getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Eliseo Ransom hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. New Bern had won after a very even match.
