Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Son Corley got the match started through his kick off. Rueben Franks kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Isaiah Stringer didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Elfers FC's Gordon Clifford shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Gordon Clifford managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elfers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gordon Clifford was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaiah Stringer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Riley McGowan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Riley McGowan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Isaiah Stringer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Jal defense, Riley McGowan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isaiah Stringer. The Jal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isaiah Stringer should have stopped the shot. Jim Timmons made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Son Corley sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Jal's goalkeeper Isaiah Stringer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 35th minute of the match Dan Delaney shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isaiah Stringer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Elfers FC booed when Jal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clayton Crabtree didn't get a good kick on the ball. Russ Marin in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jim Timmons, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
The wind increased when Gordon Clifford made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Elfers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Hager came free, but Jim Timmons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Isaiah Stringer managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Elfers FC's Riley McGowan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Gordon Clifford scored to the left of an out of position Isaiah Stringer, making the score, 0-3. Jim Timmons didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Son Corley went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Jal's Isaiah Stringer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Riley McGowan in the 78th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Napoleon Farr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isaiah Stringer was a little too slow when Gordon Clifford got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 1-4. Elfers FC's Jim Timmons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Russ Marin in the 85th minute of play. Josiah Schmitt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jim Timmons. Elfers FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Riley McGowan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Isaiah Stringer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Jal supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Elfers FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Elfers FC.
