Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kristopher Huffman got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Whitley during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hugh Contreras kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Woodrow McKnight's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Benito Pearson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Woodrow McKnight came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Kaunakakai FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Woodrow McKnight couldn't finish the play. If Woodrow McKnight had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kristopher Huffman might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Pearson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kristopher Huffman ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristopher Huffman in the 25th minute of play forced Wasco's goalkeeper Benito Pearson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Wasco's Sonny Kent got a free kick in the 25th minute. When Juan Whitley was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 29 minutes had been played. In the 30th match minute, Kaunakakai FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Whitley to maneuver through the defense. Theron Graham took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bill Abrams. Kaunakakai FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Wasco's Theron Graham got a free kick in the 35th minute. If Woodrow McKnight had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Woodrow McKnight fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Pearson having to interfere. Benito Pearson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Woodrow McKnight in the 41st minute of play. If Woodrow McKnight had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dustin Suggs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

In the 51st match minute, Kaunakakai FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zane Currie to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Kaunakakai FC's Bill Abrams got control of the ball when Luke Lord tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Luke Lord came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Wasco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luke Lord couldn't finish the play. Kristopher Huffman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Pearson having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Kaunakakai FC's Kristopher Huffman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Pearson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Woodrow McKnight received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Benito Pearson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Pearson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Woodrow McKnight, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sonny Kent during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Wasco getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Sonny Kent hit a great ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Woodrow McKnight managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kaunakakai FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Woodrow McKnight was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Wasco defense, Cobi Coker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Pearson. The Wasco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Pearson should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Wasco getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Rodney Madrid hit a great ball. A collision led to Kaunakakai FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Tony Storr hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the game, Theron Graham was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wasco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kaunakakai FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Wasco fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Kaunakakai FC a penalty, 84 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Zane Currie, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Wasco's Benito Pearson. 2-0. Benito Pearson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Woodrow McKnight in the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Kaunakakai FC's Woodrow McKnight sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Pearson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kristopher Huffman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Kaunakakai FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
